Hello parents! The Douglas PAC’s online payment system is now AVAILABLE! We use MunchaLunch.com to order hot lunches as well as ordering or signing up for our fundraising events.
FOR RETURNING FAMILIES:
You can go ahead and login and update your child’s grade and class > then go to: My Account > View My Account Balance to see their credit if you had credit from last school year. If you had an outstanding balance from previous years, we ask that you pay the amount owing.
For parents transitioning from the Annex to the Main school, you can transfer your child’s profile from the Annex to the Main under the FAMILY > TRANSFER SCHOOL tab.
However, if you have a child that has moved to the Main school and also still have a child(ren) at the Annex, please contact support@munchalunch.com and provide the ‘current’ and ‘additional’ school names.
If you had a credit at the Annex, it will not transfer the amount to the Main school automatically. In this case, please send an email to thedouglaspac@gmail.com and we will manually transfer the amount for you, once you have transferred schools in the system.
For families that have children in more than one school. If a family has children in multiple schools they must contact support@munchalunch.com and provide their ‘current’ and ‘additional’ school names. The Munchalunch team will set up their second account, allowing you a single login (email/password). The system will then display each of yourschools and you can choose ‘which’ school they wish to login to.
FOR NEW FAMILIES:
1) Go to the link of the school that your child goes to, in case you have children in both the main school and the annex, you will have to have an account for both schools: https://munchalunch.com/schools/DouglasAnnex https://munchalunch.com/schools/DouglasMain
2) Click the “Register Here” button (as shown below). The system will guide you through
3) After adding your children, click the green “Order Lunch!” button to order
4) Next time, just click the “Login Here” button to access your account from the above website. 5) We will also have a link to the munchalunch login/registration through our PAC website.
