The Douglas PAC (Parent Advisory Committee) will be hosting a Welcome Back BBQ on Thursday Sept 22nd, 2022. It’s a BBQ for all parents, children, and teachers at James Douglas Main School. This gathering is a rain or shine event, and the enthusiasm from the parents has been tremendous.
We are planning a wonderful menu: the infamous bbq sous vide pork loin, beef roast, hotdogs, and bbq veggies.
Meet new friends and mingle with families in our community. We look forward to seeing you. Please bring your own plates, cups, and cutlery if possible. Bring your picnic blankets or lawn chairs. The BBQ preparation will begin from 2 pm and service will be from 5:30 pm onwards.
Date: Thursday, September 22nd, 2022. (School open house from 4:30 to 5 pm, Meet the Teachers at the Main from 5 to 5:30 pm)

Cost: by cash donation, a donation box will be at the BBQ – please be generous, net proceeds goes to the PAC funds to support initiatives like education sessions and technology).
